Reimbursement forms must be filled out and accompanied by receipts. Please submit reimbursement no later than 1 week after a show ends.

This is a scholarship application. They are based on need and availability. Currently the max scholarships we can do are 50%.

These are the forms needed for workshops and classes. No need for individual forms. Scholarship form is separate.

This form is needed for any participant of any APAC activity. We only need one per year July-June. Don't forget parental permission and audition forms.

This form is needed for any APAC activity where the participant is under 18. (Including Auditions)

This form is needed for any of our mainstage auditions. (Does not include workshops) Don't forget the registration form and parental consent if you haven't submitted them this season yet.
