Follow the life of Aloha Theatre Operations Director and Lava Dolls co-founder, Stefani Pelletier, also known as Stevie Blackstar on a journey through her life as an artist. This theatrical performance is the culmination of many hours of study to finally complete her Performing Arts degree, and will showcase dance, aerial, improv, theatre, burlesque, comedy, and more! As Stefani has said of this work, “I couldn’t think of a better way to tell stories from my experience than allowing my fellow performers to paint them with their talented brushes.” Memories will be brought to life by local artists Sabel Scities, The Lava Dolls, Pole Hale, Kona Circus Center, Dirty Girl Comedy’s Justine Smith, Roxanne Fox, Aloha’s resident improv troupe The HI Line, and more! This show is recommended for audiences age 18+, as it contains some adult themes.
